Henex AI Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Henex AI. By creating an account or using Henex AI, you agree to these terms. If you use Henex AI for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Service Description

Henex AI provides AI-assisted marketing strategy, ad creative generation, Meta ads planning, performance monitoring, optimization recommendations, campaign approval workflows, and audit logging for ecommerce advertising teams.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and business information and promptly update it when needed.

Meta And Third-Party Services

Henex AI may connect to third-party services such as Meta, OpenAI, Cloudinary, hosting providers, databases, and queue infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that your ads, audiences, products, landing pages, claims, and campaigns comply with Meta policies, applicable laws, and any industry rules that apply to your business.

AI Outputs And Recommendations

AI-generated strategies, copy, creative concepts, scripts, explanations, forecasts, and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming outputs before relying on them or using them in advertising.

Henex AI is designed to require confirmation before sensitive actions such as publishing campaigns, spending money, increasing budgets, or pausing campaigns. You remain responsible for final decisions and ad account outcomes.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Henex AI to violate laws, platform policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or advertising rules. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the service, interfere with service operations, or use Henex AI to create misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful advertising.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of business details, product information, creative inputs, uploaded assets, and other content you provide. You grant Henex AI the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

Fees And Availability

If paid plans are introduced, fees, billing terms, and cancellation rules will be provided before purchase. Henex AI may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

Henex AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue, return on ad spend, account approval, policy approval, or campaign performance.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henex AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, ad account restrictions, or advertising spend outcomes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use Henex AI in a way that may harm users, third parties, platforms, or our systems. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Henex AI after updates means you accept the revised terms.
