Henex Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Request Account Or Data Deletion

You can submit and track a deletion request from the Account section in Settings. You can also request deletion of your Henex account, business profile, product records, generated campaign plans, creative records, uploaded asset records, Meta connection data, and related personal information by emailing privacy@henexai.com from the email address used for your Henex account.

Download Your Account Data

Signed-in customers can download their account data as JSON from the Account section in Settings. The export includes profile, consent and privacy-request history, bounded account activity, user-authored drafts and messages, generated content, and workspace relationships, but excludes passwords, authentication tokens, provider credentials, MFA secrets, and other users' personal information.

How Account Erasure Works

A verified operator schedules the request and a strongly authenticated executor performs the erasure. Workspaces with another active owner or approver are transferred so other members do not lose shared business records. Solely owned workspaces and their database records are erased. Stored media is deleted after the database transaction; any failed provider cleanup is recorded and retried instead of being reported as complete.

What To Include

Include your account email address, business name, and a short note saying that you want your Henex data deleted. If your request relates to a Meta connection, include the connected business or ad account name if you know it.

Meta Access

You can also revoke Henex access directly from your Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future API access, but you may still contact us to request deletion of data already stored in Henex.

Verification And Timing

We may verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We aim to respond within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted by law, needed for identity verification, or required by documented backup cycles.

Information We May Retain

Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, backups, dispute handling, or audit logs. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
