Make a privacy request
Access, correct, restrict, object, port, withdraw consent, request human review, or delete.
Signed-in users
Open Settings → Account to download your data immediately or create a tracked privacy request. Account deletion has a separate verified workflow so shared workspaces are not erased accidentally.
Anyone can contact us
Email privacy@henexai.com from the address associated with your request. State the right you want to exercise and enough context to locate the data. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification step.
What happens next
We acknowledge, verify, assess, and record the request. Our target is to complete a valid request within 30 days, or explain any lawful extension or refusal. Identity verification protects your information from disclosure to another person.
